New Stuff: Nudibranchs
By Elizabeth M. Lukan to New on the Web, Wallpapers on Sunday, September 7th, 2008.Published in June 2008 on the National Geographic Magazine’s site, the article entitled Living Color: Toxic nudibranchs—soft, seagoing slugs—produce a brilliant defense by Jennifer S. Holland and photography by David Doubilet includes some of the most beautiful photos of Nudibranchs that I’ve ever seen. Along with the article is a Photo Gallery, a video entitled Beautiful Slugs, Puzzles, Wallpaper, and a section to learn more.
I had a fun time putting together one of the puzzles. They are a worthy time waster so give them a try or pass them on to your kids.
As you know I love a good wallpaper, well I snagged quite a few of them. My kids are going to love seeing these wonderful critters pop up on the family pc as the background of the day!
